Close to $300 for a botched job and they will NOT honor their guarantee. I will never be going back and suggest you do the same as they clearly cannot do advanced color work. The only good thing their is Brenda who cuts hair very well.

They are horrendous. Their "money back guarantee" is a complete lie as I went up this past Friday, 4/29/17 and Michelle did a joke of a "balyage" and completely jacked up my hair. The color is brassy and hideous and if she couldn't have done it like I asked, she simply should have told me. They will not fix it because the joke of a stylist with 0 personality wrote on my client card that it would've taken several processes for me to achieve the color I wanted, and she was too excited to get off of work at 4pm than for her to take her time and do the process that I obviously was willing to pay for.

Amazing experience! Ashley did an amazing job. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

I wasn't sure if I wanted to write a review about my experience at this salon but hopefully this will save someone else from the same. I had two separate trips to this salon. First time was for myself and my stylist was Becca. She was professional and she listened to my needs and she did a wonderful job on my hair. I was so pleased I booked an appointment for my daughter. When my daughter and I arrived 15 minutes early for her appointment we sat in the very small waiting area for 45 minutes. I finally asked the receptionist if the stylist was behind. She told me that she was and suggested that I leave and come back in an hour and a half. Well we did and tried to find things to do to buy time all when my schedule was packed with things to do for the day. When we came back they took us to the back and put my daughter in the shampoo chair for upwards of 2 more hours. Finally when she was brought out to cut her hair the salon had already closed and I just told the stylist Becca not to blow out her hair because by then we were getting looks by the other stylist who had to stay. What made me the most upset is 1. The lady at the front explained it by saying that people were asking for extra things that had not been booked for but they were accommodating these requests even though they had a client WITH AN APPOINTMENT sitting and waiting. The second thing was the owner was there the whole time and never once apologized to me for the inconvenience!
