This was a GREAT experience. These guys know what they are doing. I came to them with a challenge not related to my bike. My Mother's walker wheel needed repair. They not only diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the replacement part and fixed it up in a timely manner. Very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable staff!!!
Great service, my wife wanted a new bicycle helmet. Staff spent the time to show her and fit her with very helmet she looked at. As paying for our purchases a customer was dropping off a bike for a tune up. He stated that he my need new tires . The mechanic looked at the bike and told him he didn't need tires. That's the third time I have heard them tell customers that. They "didn't" just put on tires that weren't needed. That is true service !
My bike chain broke. I took it in along with my bike on a Saturday. They were able to fix my bike in about 10 minutes while I waited. Made sure my tires had plenty of air. Only $10! Great service and very friendly.
