Piedmont Tire and Auto is extremely well run. They are fair and very thorough with my cars. The only place i go. :)
For me and my deaf friend they were more than willing to help us understand our situation with the car, took the time to call a friend who was able to hear the situation with our car so they could have a better understanding with what with wrong with our car, they wrote back and forth with us, even texted us to keep us in the loop of how the car was doing and what work was being done and to let us know when the car was ready to be picked up and when the shuttle bus would be here to pick us up.they even had a staff member who knew a quite a bit of sign language to help us out with the communication. Fantastic place over all; so kind and friendly. Spacious waiting room- they even had a small waiting room for kids! They also had a small self serve coffee and tea area. Spacious place for handicapped people to come in and not feel cramped but very comfortable ( huge plus for me and my walker ) only two small down side, a little hard to find parking, and can easily be overlooked. But once found your in a GREAT place to have your car fixed up to perfection!
I've been taking all of my vehicles here for years (about 5-6), and should have done this review sooner. They have always provided great service and quality work at competitive prices...what a rare mix of qualities in a service company. I recommend everyone I know to Piedmont, and never have to worry about the job they'll do. Piedmont Tire and Auto is the best!
Nice guy. I came in on a rainy night with one broken windshield wiper. He fixed it no fuss nor charge. I'll be back definitely.
