Ordered#9890545 flowers from (Blooms Today) on 12 Aug 17, gave them all the information requested and phone number of the Funeral Home where I wanted the flowers delivered. Wanted flowers to be delivered to the Funeral Home by 12pm on 14 Aug 17, and requested a email receipt when it was done. Did not receive email so I decided to call. The customer representative told me that they checked the Website of the Funeral Home and did not see any Viewing information so they decided to just deliver the flowers to the Church 15 Aug 17 by 10am Tuesday Morning right before the Funeral service. I ask a simple question, "did you think to call the Funeral Home, which was posted on the Order Form, or you could have call me". The customer representative stated that it is their policy to just check the website, and not call to verify if the web page was updated for that day. I have look all over (Blooms Today) web page and no where does is say we will only look at a website to see if a view is going on for that day. A simple phone call to the Funeral would have confirmed my request, the delivery should have went to the Funeral home as requested anyway and if they had a problem they should have call me. This company does not deserve even one star with such bad service. Asked to speak to the Manager, she would not call using the Blooms Today number, but used a restricted phone number. This is not a professional company for business. I would not recommend.

Ordered Flowers in August to be delivered in Sept. Flowers were delivered just a couple days after the order was placed and since they weren't expected they ended up sitting on the front porch for days and dying. I called to ask to have it sent on the actual scheduled date. Customer service was amazing but the flowers never arrived on the scheduled date. This was such a hassle and my Grandma never got her flowers, I called to find out why they never got delivered and I had to place a brand new order, so now the flowers wont arrive until days after my Grandmas birthday.

I do not blame the customer service, but if these are the promises that they are offering and then not following through even when it is their fault, I will take my business elsewhere and warn all my friends to do so as well.

Absolutely horrible. There should be an option for less than 1 star. Ordered flowers for my wife for a very special occasion. Paid for express delivery, not only did they not send flowers, presumed that just a simple refund would be okay. They ruined a special occasion. What should have been a wonderful memory turned into me apologizing to my wife instead of celebrating. Not even an apology. Not even a resolution of sending flowers the next day. Must be common place, "well we can cancel the order and give you a refund." How does that fix the problem. The money isn't the issue. Your lack of concern is the problem.

When I ordered flowers to be sent for my friend's funeral, I was assured that my order would be "treated with great care." They had all necessary info to assure a timely delivery... the name of the funeral home, the city, and the name of the deceased person. Then, the evening before they were supposed to be delivered I received an email saying my order was on hold because there was a problem with the address. Really? They had the name of the funeral home, the name of the deceased person, and the city. Could they not figure out the correct address? When I finally got ahold of them they told me the flowers would not be delivered on time and cheerfully asked if I wanted a refund, or if I want them delivered late with a 20% refund? Seriously?? At that point I had no other options. There should have been a much bigger discount. What happened to 100% money back guarantee? I understand that mistakes happen, but there was no excuse for this one. I sure hope the flowers were pretty.

We ordered flowers from Blooms Today to be delivered two days later. Expecting them by five, we were surprised nothing got to the address. Next day called said they had placed a hold on item. Asked them to deliver that day, said they would, nothing ever arrived. Called again the next day, said they would express the order (to the person house this time) with an apology letter. Instead they CANCELLED the order! Not only did they ruin the birthday present we were giving but they can not even follow through on their own promises.
