If I could have give "0" stars, I would have. This is the most disorganized pharmacy I have ever used -- from the wait times (to pickup, not to refill) to the unpleasant counter staff, to being told over the phone that your refill is ready only to arrive at the store to find out that your medication is on back order. This is a very busy pharmacy and there are certain things that only the pharmacists can do -- counseling patients and giving flu shots. On a very regular basis, there needs to be 2 pharmacists on duty, not just 1!
