I visited this establishment on the night of October 29. One of the patrons began to intimidate and harass us because I was wearing my 49ers hat. He then identified himself as a Nazi and continued his harassment. We began to leave and we simply told the gentleman we did not appreciate his bigotry and we just all want to get along. The man began yelling at the top of his lungs get out get out. He then grabbed my arm and physically threw me out of the bar. I informed the police and the employees lied and denied the incident took place. If you are a minority avoid this place at all costs. It's clear they support white supremacy. As a proud Virginian born and raised I am shocked. If you are a minority avoid this place at all costs as it posses a risk to your safety.
We come for the trivia, which is pretty good. Everything else is consistently really bad. The worst service, lousy food. Just bad.
Love coming to this spot when I'm in town! Great food, drinks, staff, and live music!
Slow! Take a day off if you go there. We waited almost 2 hours and never received our food. We finally just paid for soft drinks and left. Another family had waited over 2 hours and still didn't have their food. They were furious but more determined. It would have been nice if the staff had told us so our 3 kids could have eaten somewhere else. My advice is to just stay away.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a private party space. The space was wonderful- clean, perfect size and arranged to our specifications. The food was delicious- the presentation was lovely. The staff was helpful, professional and courteous.
