I have been using Dominion Valley Animal Hospital for 2 years now, and am very, very pleased! They are so kind to my doggie and he actually loves to go there and in the door! They make follow up calls and the medical care is top notch. I easily give them 5 stars!
I have been taking my two dogs Dallas and Flex to them for several years.
Was easy to make a next-day appointment; office appears organized and well-staffed; the vet and the techs handled my calico cat very well and really seem to love working with animals; fees are not cheap but are in line with other vets; I will use them again.
WE took our elderly cat for the first time in ages to Dominion for a check up and to make sure that she was in the best possible health for an 18 year old cat, and the team at Dominion treated us and our kitty incredibly. Not only did they fawn over our kitty but they explained things and didn't push unneeded inoculations that were not needed for an elderly and indoor cat. The team called the following day with results for the blood test that we requested and we were so happy to hear that our kitty want in great heath but that we could do some additional minor things to help her (food - not necessarily sourced from them). We are so happy with the team at Dominion, and will keep brining our cat there for as long as we have her. Thank you to the Dominion Valley Animal Hospital for the extremely excellent care you provided us and our cat.
Absolutely phenomenal experience during one of the hardest visits you'll ever make to a vet's office. Our cat was coming to the end of her life sooner than we thought and at the last minute DVAH was able to not only accommodate our needs but go above and beyond! While this was our first visit, we'll definitely be bringing our other cat here and recommending them to our friends!
Everyone is very professional and caring at the same time. They answer any and all questions I have ever had. I also like that the place is so clean. It has to be hard with so many animals coming in and out all the time. My dogs have no fear going there at all.
